The uppers are crafted from a mix of mesh, suede and leathers, while dual branding is present at the double tongue alongside head-turning Nike Swoosh logos on each side panel. The whole sacai x Nike VaporWaffle collection shows off this same look, including double laces and Nike branding at the heel.

Beneath the feet, the midsole borrows elements from the Nike Pegasus and the Pegasus Vaporfly, with the thicker midsole drawing similarity to the previous Nike models from the Japanese fashion label. A waffle rubber outsole continues the vintage influence.
